Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented, and relationship-driven Fleet Sales Executive to manage commercial and passenger vehicle sales for corporate clients in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on B2B sales, tender participation, long-term fleet contracts, and strategic account development across industries such as logistics, construction, facilities management, and large corporate enterprises.

The Fleet Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing fleet sales opportunities, preparing competitive bids and tenders, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and coordinating end-to-end vehicle delivery and after-sales support. You will work closely with procurement teams, fleet managers, and decision-makers while collaborating internally with finance, operations, and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in fleet or B2B automobile sales, strong knowledge of commercial vehicle specifications, and the ability to manage multiple corporate accounts while consistently achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

Fleet & B2B Sales Management

• Manage fleet sales for commercial and passenger vehicles across multiple corporate sectors
• Identify new B2B sales opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of fleet prospects
• Understand client fleet requirements, usage patterns, and budget constraints
• Recommend suitable vehicle models and configurations based on client needs
• Achieve assigned fleet sales targets and revenue objectives

Corporate Account Development

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Develop partnerships with logistics companies, construction firms, and large enterprises
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned fleet accounts
• Conduct regular client meetings and account reviews
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Tender Handling & Bid Management

• Identify fleet tenders, RFQs, and RFP opportunities
• Prepare and submit complete tender and bid documentation
• Coordinate technical, commercial, and compliance requirements
• Ensure tenders meet client specifications, timelines, and procurement standards
• Support internal approvals and tender submission processes

Pricing, Negotiation & Contract Finalization

• Prepare competitive pricing proposals for fleet and bulk vehicle sales
• Conduct pricing negotiations and finalize commercial terms
• Structure long-term fleet contracts and service agreements
• Coordinate with finance teams on credit, leasing, and payment options
• Ensure contracts meet company policies and profitability objectives

Vehicle Delivery & After-Sales Coordination

• Coordinate vehicle delivery schedules with logistics and operations teams
• Ensure timely registration, documentation, and handover of vehicles
• Support clients with fleet onboarding and deployment
• Coordinate with after-sales teams for service contracts and maintenance support
• Address delivery or post-sale issues promptly and professionally

Sales Pipeline & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate client records and sales pipelines
• Track leads, opportunities, and contract milestones
• Update CRM systems with client interactions and sales activities
• Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports
• Ensure transparency and accuracy in sales reporting

Market Intelligence & Business Development

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
• Identify growth opportunities within the fleet and B2B segment
• Stay informed about commercial vehicle developments and specifications
• Provide market feedback to management and product teams
• Support strategic planning and sales initiatives

Customer Satisfaction & Retention

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle
• Address client concerns and service issues proactively
• Support contract renewals and fleet replacement programs
• Build trust and long-term loyalty with corporate clients
• Maintain strong professional relationships

Internal Coordination & Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with finance, operations, logistics, and after-sales teams
• Ensure smooth internal coordination for fleet projects
• Support cross-functional teams to meet client requirements
• Align sales activities with operational capabilities
• Participate in internal sales meetings and planning sessions

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation for contracts, pricing, and approvals
• Support audits and internal reviews
• Ensure ethical and transparent sales practices
• Protect company interests while maintaining client trust

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track individual sales performance against targets
• Prepare regular sales and account performance reports
• Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities
• Provide updates to sales management
• Support data-driven decision-making

Continuous Improvement & Professional Development

• Improve sales processes and account management practices
• Participate in product training and sales development programs
• Stay updated on fleet sales best practices
• Share market insights and lessons learned with the team
• Support mentoring of junior sales staff when required


Qualifications & Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field
• Professional training in sales or account management is an advantage
• Strong understanding of fleet and B2B automotive sales


Experience Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in fleet sales or B2B automobile sales
• Experience handling corporate clients and long-term fleet contracts
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle specifications and applications
• Exposure to tender handling and contract negotiations
• GCC automotive fleet sales experience is preferred
