Job Overview

We are hiring a seasoned, commercially driven, and relationship-focused Corporate & Government Fleet Sales Executive to manage high-value government and enterprise fleet projects in Kuwait City, Kuwait. This role is responsible for driving bulk vehicle sales through government tenders, enterprise contracts, and institutional clients while ensuring full compliance with procurement regulations, contract terms, and delivery commitments.

The Corporate & Government Fleet Sales Executive will lead end-to-end fleet sales activities, including tender participation, proposal development, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and coordination of large-scale vehicle deployments. You will work closely with government authorities, corporate procurement teams, finance partners, and internal operations teams to deliver customized fleet solutions aligned with client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in government and corporate fleet sales, a deep understanding of tendering processes, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with public sector and enterprise clients.


Key Responsibilities

Government & Corporate Fleet Account Management

• Manage and grow a portfolio of government, semi-government, and large corporate fleet accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for institutional and enterprise clients
• Build long-term strategic relationships with government entities, ministries, and public-sector organizations
• Maintain strong engagement with corporate procurement, logistics, and fleet management teams
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and account retention

Tender Participation & Bid Management

• Identify and evaluate government and corporate tender opportunities
• Participate in RFPs, RFQs, and formal tender submissions
• Coordinate preparation of technical, commercial, and compliance documentation
• Ensure submissions meet tender specifications, timelines, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support competitive and compliant bids

Pricing, Commercial Strategy & Financing Solutions

• Develop competitive pricing strategies for bulk and fleet sales
• Structure financing, leasing, and payment solutions in coordination with finance partners
• Balance profitability with competitiveness in tender and contract pricing
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures
• Support management with pricing approvals and commercial recommendations

Contract Negotiation & Compliance

• Negotiate commercial terms, delivery schedules, and service agreements
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements
• Monitor contract compliance throughout the execution lifecycle
• Coordinate resolution of contractual issues, variations, and amendments
• Protect company interests while maintaining strong client relationships

Fleet Deployment & Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate large-scale vehicle deployment and delivery schedules
• Work closely with logistics, operations, and PDI teams
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles in line with contractual commitments
• Support registration, documentation, and handover processes
• Address delivery challenges and escalate issues proactively

Sales Performance & Target Achievement

• Achieve assigned sales targets for fleet, bulk, and institutional sales
• Track pipeline opportunities and conversion rates
• Prepare sales forecasts and revenue projections
• Identify growth opportunities within existing and new accounts
• Support overall fleet sales strategy and revenue growth

Stakeholder & Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with internal departments including sales operations, finance, legal, logistics, and aftersales
• Ensure smooth internal alignment for tender execution and contract fulfillment
• Support aftersales teams with service agreements and fleet maintenance coordination
• Ensure seamless customer experience across the fleet lifecycle

Market Intelligence & Business Development

• Monitor government procurement plans and upcoming fleet tenders
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
• Identify new government and enterprise opportunities
• Support strategic expansion into new institutional segments
• Provide market insights to senior management

Reporting & Management Communication

• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and tender status reports
• Track KPIs related to fleet sales performance and contract execution
• Present account updates and growth plans to senior management
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales documentation
• Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights

Relationship Management & Brand Representation

• Represent the organization professionally in government and corporate engagements
• Attend industry events, tender briefings, and client meetings
• Promote the brand’s fleet capabilities and value proposition
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct
• Build trust and credibility with key decision-makers

Risk Management & Issue Resolution

• Identify risks related to pricing, delivery, and contract compliance
• Proactively address issues affecting client satisfaction or profitability
• Coordinate corrective actions with internal teams
• Ensure minimal disruption to project timelines and commitments
• Maintain transparency in issue escalation and resolution

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices

• Improve fleet sales processes and tender management practices
• Support digital tools for CRM, tender tracking, and reporting
• Share lessons learned from major projects and tenders
• Contribute to development of long-term fleet sales strategies
• Support training and mentoring of junior fleet sales team members


Qualifications & Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field
• Professional training in sales, negotiation, or contract management is an advantage
• Strong understanding of automotive fleet sales and institutional procurement


Experience Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in fleet sales, government automobile sales, or corporate B2B automotive sales
• Proven experience handling government tenders and enterprise contracts
• Strong exposure to bulk vehicle sales and fleet deployment projects
• Experience working with government entities, ministries, or large corporates
• GCC automotive fleet sales experience is strongly preferred


Skills & Competencies
