Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven, and results-oriented Corporate Automobile Sales Manager to lead and expand corporate and fleet sales operations in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This senior role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving market penetration, and delivering sustained revenue growth through corporate, fleet, and institutional automobile sales.
The Corporate Automobile Sales Manager will have full ownership of corporate and fleet sales strategy, team leadership, client acquisition, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations. You will manage high-value relationships with corporates, leasing companies, rental firms, and institutional clients while mentoring and developing a team of fleet sales professionals.
This role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of the corporate automotive market, and the ability to close complex, high-value deals while ensuring long-term client retention and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Fleet Sales Leadership
• Lead all corporate and fleet automobile sales initiatives across assigned territories
• Define and execute corporate sales strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive bulk vehicle sales, long-term fleet contracts, and strategic partnerships
• Ensure consistent achievement of revenue, volume, and margin targets
• Act as the senior authority for corporate automobile sales operations
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
• Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration within corporate and fleet segments
• Identify new business opportunities with large corporates, government-linked entities, and leasing companies
• Expand presence in key industries such as construction, logistics, facilities management, and hospitality
• Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to remain competitive
• Support long-term growth planning and territory expansion
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and procurement leaders
• Manage strategic accounts and high-value corporate clients
• Lead negotiations for large fleet deals and framework agreements
• Ensure long-term partnerships through consultative engagement and value-driven solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to key corporate clients
Leasing Companies & Strategic Partnerships
• Develop and manage relationships with leasing companies and mobility providers
• Collaborate on fleet solutions, leasing programs, and joint offerings
• Negotiate commercial terms and volume agreements
• Expand leasing-driven fleet sales channels
• Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners
Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation
• Oversee preparation of corporate proposals, pricing strategies, and fleet solutions
• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring profitability and compliance
• Review and approve special pricing and discount structures
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms
• Ensure contracts are executed accurately and on time
Revenue Target Achievement & Performance Management
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and deal progression
• Forecast revenue and provide accurate sales projections
• Identify risks to target achievement and implement corrective actions
• Drive accountability and performance discipline across the sales team
Team Leadership & Talent Development
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior sales executives and fleet specialists
• Set performance goals, KPIs, and development plans
• Conduct regular coaching, reviews, and performance evaluations
• Build a high-performance, results-driven sales culture
• Support succession planning and leadership development
CRM, Reporting & Sales Analytics
• Ensure effective use of CRM systems for pipeline and account management
• Review sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and gaps
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Maintain transparency and accuracy in sales reporting
Pricing, Profitability & Commercial Control
• Balance competitive pricing with margin and profitability objectives
• Monitor deal economics and contribution margins
• Approve pricing exceptions and special commercial terms
• Support cost optimization and value-based selling
• Ensure sustainable and profitable growth
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
• Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and fleet offerings
• Monitor customer preferences and market shifts
• Identify threats and opportunities within the corporate automotive market
• Share market intelligence with senior leadership
• Support product and portfolio planning
Internal Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with finance, operations, logistics, and after-sales teams
• Ensure smooth delivery, registration, and handover of fleet vehicles
• Support after-sales agreements, service contracts, and fleet maintenance
• Align internal stakeholders to meet client expectations
• Ensure seamless end-to-end customer experience
Risk Management & Issue Resolution
• Identify risks related to contracts, delivery, or customer satisfaction
• Proactively address escalations and service issues
• Ensure timely resolution of disputes or delays
• Maintain professional communication during issue handling
• Protect company interests while preserving client relationships
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
• Improve corporate and fleet sales processes
• Support adoption of digital sales tools and reporting systems
• Implement best practices in key account and fleet sales management
• Encourage innovation and solution-based selling
• Share lessons learned across the organization
Qualifications & Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field
• Advanced sales or leadership training is an advantage
• Strong understanding of corporate and fleet automobile sales dynamics
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 6 years of experience in fleet or corporate automobile sales
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Experience managing corporate accounts, leasing companies, and fleet contracts
• Strong exposure to contract negotiation and strategic partnerships
• GCC automotive sales experience is highly preferred
