Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and relationship-focused Fleet & Corporate Sales Executive to manage and grow the corporate automobile business in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for driving high-value fleet sales, building long-term partnerships with corporate and institutional clients, and delivering bulk vehicle sales across multiple industries including logistics, construction, facilities management, hospitality, and professional services.

The Fleet & Corporate Sales Executive will manage the complete sales lifecycle, from identifying and onboarding new corporate clients to handling tenders, negotiating contracts, and coordinating vehicle delivery and after-sales support. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, deep knowledge of fleet sales dynamics, and the ability to manage complex, high-volume sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in corporate or fleet automobile sales, strong negotiation capabilities, and the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers while consistently achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

Corporate & Fleet Client Acquisition

• Identify and onboard new corporate, institutional, and fleet clients
• Target companies across logistics, construction, trading, hospitality, and services sectors
• Develop a strong pipeline of fleet and bulk vehicle sales opportunities
• Conduct market mapping and prospecting activities
• Convert prospects into long-term corporate clients

Key Account & Relationship Management

• Manage key corporate and fleet accounts on an ongoing basis
• Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and fleet managers
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and follow-ups
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Fleet Sales & Bulk Order Management

• Handle bulk vehicle sales for passenger and commercial vehicles
• Understand client fleet usage requirements and operational needs
• Recommend suitable vehicle models, specifications, and configurations
• Support fleet replacement, expansion, and renewal programs
• Achieve assigned fleet sales volume and revenue targets

Tender Handling & Bid Management

• Identify government and private tender opportunities
• Participate in RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions
• Prepare complete tender documentation including technical and commercial proposals
• Coordinate internal approvals for pricing and commercial terms
• Ensure timely and compliant tender submissions

Proposal Development & Pricing Strategy

• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and pricing models
• Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with client requirements
• Structure bulk pricing, discounts, and value-added offerings
• Coordinate with finance teams on payment terms, credit, and leasing options
• Ensure proposals balance competitiveness and profitability

Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure

• Negotiate commercial terms and finalize fleet contracts
• Close high-volume and high-value sales deals
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements
• Coordinate contract execution and documentation
• Secure approvals and client sign-offs

Vehicle Delivery & Operations Coordination

• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and registration teams
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as per contractual commitments
• Support clients during vehicle handover and onboarding
• Coordinate with after-sales teams for service contracts and maintenance support
• Resolve delivery or post-sales issues efficiently

Sales Planning, Forecasting & Reporting

• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
• Track lead conversion, deal progress, and revenue achievement
• Maintain CRM records and client data
• Provide management with reliable sales insights and projections

Market Intelligence & Business Development

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements
• Track fleet demand across different industries
• Identify new growth opportunities within the corporate segment
• Provide market feedback to management and product teams
• Support development of fleet sales strategies

Customer Satisfaction & Retention

• Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle
• Address client concerns, escalations, and service issues proactively
• Support contract renewals and fleet expansions
• Build trust and long-term loyalty with corporate clients
• Maintain a strong professional reputation in the market

Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with finance, operations, logistics, and after-sales teams
• Ensure internal alignment for fleet project execution
• Support cross-functional teams to meet client expectations
• Participate in internal sales reviews and planning sessions
• Contribute to a collaborative sales culture

Compliance, Documentation & Governance

• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation for contracts, pricing, and approvals
• Support internal audits and compliance reviews
• Ensure ethical and transparent sales practices
• Protect company interests while maintaining client trust

Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Improve sales processes and fleet account management practices
• Adopt CRM and digital sales tools effectively
• Share best practices and lessons learned with the sales team
• Participate in sales training and professional development programs
• Support mentoring of junior sales executives when required


Qualifications & Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field
• Professional sales training or certifications are an advantage
• Strong understanding of corporate and fleet automobile sales


Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or fleet automobile sales
• Proven experience handling bulk vehicle orders and tenders
• Strong exposure to B2B sales and long-term fleet contracts
• Experience managing multiple corporate accounts simultaneously
• GCC automotive fleet sales experience is preferred
